Return Process

Log into your SDS account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
